Hi there I'm from NZ. Over here the vests aren't that common but my grandparents bought one for me and I was just wondering what settings everyone uses for the vest? And for how long? Thanks <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I have the Hill Rom vest. I set my pressure at 3 (I have the chest vest, not the full vest. If you have the full vest, they say you can go up on the pressure) and my frequencies I gradually go up.
This is how I break down my session:
8 MHz for 5 min
10 MHz for 5 min
12 Mhz for 5 min
14 Mhz for 5 min
16 .......
and finally 18 for the final 5 minutes, adds up to 30 minutes total, done twice a day.

I am finally getting the full vest as the chest vest seems to be missing my lower lobes, so we will see if changing to that will make a difference in my lower airway clearance.

Hope this helps!
