Hello everyone
I have a 2 year old who has CF. My husband and I always thought we wanted to have two children. However, lately as many of my other 'mommy friends' are getting pregnant I find myself questioning this. The fact that my son has CF does of course play a part in that decision but I'd like to think it's not the only factor. When I look toward the future, the thought of having another child seems to be stressful in a way. When I'm with my son sometimes I think, 'how would I be able to do this with another child?' (for example he will only do his vest/nebs treatment in my lap). Then I started wondering if having another child would really make us a happier family or are we perhaps complete as we are. Maybe we could have a really good life just the three of us...
Anyway, I would love to hear from any of you who are only children or parents who have decided to have only one on this issue.
Thank you very much
Sandra
