Hey Jessi,

I think I remember a while back that someone posted that when they wake up with a tickly cough in the middle of the night eating a couple of crackers helps. I don't know if it was the salt or what, and I don't remember who it was, but I do remember reading it. I hope you're feeling better every day!

yes-eating a few salty crackers or chips helps me. dont know why.

and-taking a little guafenesin cough syrup-that is plain robitussin. not a cough suppressant, just a mucus thinner-this helps me too. i also like the new children's mucinex syrup. thats not a suppressant either, but it does help me sleep and stops that tickle. i get this all the time too and it took a while to find something that worked.

warm juice, or some warm drink in general helps me somtimes...also my dad used to make me a mix of honey and lemon juice-sounds weird but it worked to calm the tickle sometiems or at least relieve the sore throat from the coughing the tickle caused...
