hey just wondering if anyone else suffers with constpation and how they deal with it?

daily doses of Miralax followed by a lot of water is the best relief. I have bouts of bowel obstructions, but keeping up on the miralax helps to prevent them. good luck!

Mucus mixes with stool and becomes an adhesive and sticks to the walls of the colon. This reduces the circumference of the colon and makes moving stool more difficult. Daily dose of Miralax will be your best friend.
