Reeces dentist is the one who told me to rinse after treatments! He had a build up of some sort, not just plaque.

My doctor said it is good to brush your teeth after using Tobi.
I also have a tongue scraper <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Tungs-Tongue-Scraper/dp/B00064JGBO

</a>Someone (on this forum, I think) also told me that my hoarse voice can, in part, be linked to Tobi and that gargling and help get the Tobi off the throat, tonsil places.
