Tobi gone bad?

How exactly do you tell if Tobi has gone bad and you shouldn't use it? (aside from the expiration date) I've heard discoloration and fogginess but how exactly do you tell what's normal and what isn't if the entire box looks the same?

In case anyone needs to know:
"Tobi should be stored in the refrigerator whenever possible. If refrigeration is not available, Tobi can be stored in a dark place at room temperature up to 77 degrees. Tobi should never be exposed to extreme heat or intense light. If the solution contains particles or appears cloudy, it should be discarded."

I got a text from my dad today (after he listened to my emotional breakdown about having to throw away all my tobi) and he found this on the tobi papers: "It can be room temp for 28 days. unrefrigerated tobi is slightly yellow. color is okay cloudy is bad. yellow is the normal color of unrefrigerated tobi"
