Tobramycin IV - side effects

Just been told I have damage to my inner ears from a 2 week IV of Tobramycin. I now need Vestibula Physical Therapy.
Has anyone else had this happen or any other side effects from this drug?

Karen, hearing loss is listed as a possible side-effect. A few years ago I heard of someone who had a fair amount of hearing loss from her IV tobra. I hope your situation improves.

My ears ring after taking years of aerosol Tobi - when that combines with IV Tobi, the effect is noticeably worse.
