I had a similar experience with pulmozyme. Apparently that was in my pre-PA days. Now that I have gunkier (is that even a word?) lungs, I don't bleed as much.

I'm not on TOBI, but I am on tobra for the eFlow. I haven't noticed a problem.

Maybe your vitamin K levels are low?
