Thanks Risa, I was going to track you down!!! I know you're a great source for info. I don't know if I mentioned it, all I have is Medicare and Medicaid, I know my medicaid won't do anything because it would be out of state, we are looking at the Pittsburgh one for the transplanet. I like the 'out of suitcase cost' to me it sounds like it fits if you have to go somewhere else! Thanks again everyone.

Oh, and does that mean Medicare covers the evaluation? even if it's in another state?
