Travel Tips?

I recently got back from a trip to Europe, during which I had a lot of trouble keeping up with treatments due to broken machines/AC adaptor issues etc. I love travelling, so I thought it would be best to shell out the money for a really nice battery powered nebuliser machine, so that I don't have to worry if I end up in a place with little/no electricity. I have concerns that they don't have enough power to efficiently do treatments. The one I ended up buying in the UK made treatments last for a good couple hours because the air flow was so weak. Have any of you run into this problem? What sort of machines should I be looking at? Pretend money isn't an issue, what are my best options? I have a trip planned in the next year to go backpacking across the world, and just under a year to prepare/save up. Thoughts?

Amy aka noexcuses has traveled extensively and I believe she's brought along her vest, researched converters, adapters. Had to buy a pari compressor in Europe after blowing hers up, think she ended up getting one in Japan, too. Now I think she has an eflow... Here's her blog which has a section on travel. http://noexcusesnoexcuses.blogspot.com/
