We picked it up at a Walmart store for just over $20.

Yeah you don't wash after the alcohol because then they wouldn't be sterile anymore. Could you tell me more about "asthma due to alcohol residue?"

I soak all of my parts in alcohol and pull them out 10 minutes before using them. I don't use them until they are dry.

If I use my eflow parts after the alcohol has dried, when I put medicine in them, I can still taste the alcohol residue. I can also feel it when I inhale my meds....I get a really itchy throat...and asthma-ish feeling much like if I inhale Tobi. I have found that if I rinse my neb with sterile water (boiled distilled) after I soak it in alcohol, I have a much better treatment. I have reactive airway disease so liittle things like that can make a difference for me.

Thanks everybody for your advice...I wish I could get excited, but I am just stressed.
