Tubal Ligation

I had a tubal ligation done in May/07. since then I have PMS! Not liking it. My question is when I try to have a bowel movement the muscles that are right in the lower abdomin HURT like heck...never used to b4 the operation. Not to mention that I get PMS one week b4 and during and after my period. Does anyone else know why I get these cramps that feel like Alien vs Preditor in my tummy???

I had my tubes tied back in 96 and since then PMS has been awful. Prior to that, I didn't have any PMS. Now, the cramping is just awful and my periods seem to be worse as well.

I too have horrible PMS since my Tubal in 2001. What used to be a 4 day a month issue became almost 2 weeks a month. Not fun at all!

In my search for answers to these issues I found a article about PTLS. The symptoms were strikingly familiar. I have not talked to my physician about them as of yet. The link is below:
