Tubes on the Hill-Rom

I dont know how long they are supposed to last but. Austin has had his for at least 4 years and I have called to get the next size vest and they sent it right away. Had it within 2 days.

Then this summer I believe I noticed a small hole in one tube and called and asked them what to do. The lady said she would send new ones out immediately. Again had them with in 2-3 days. She told me I could duct tape the other til the new ones arrived. She said with the hole if would lose some effectiveness.
