My 2 month old grandson carries the delF508 and D513G mutations in the CFTR gene. There is a 42 year old man in france who also has this same combination. Theses mutations are on the same chromosomes, they're is not enough research to know what to be expected. We do now that he is a CBAVD which is a reproduction disorder. He is in the 85% of his age and shows no symptoms. Does anyone know anything about the D513G?
