Uhhh...Pulmozyme co-pay?

That is very strange how it works with the insurance my pulmozyme copay went from $30 a month to $8 a month, but advair and ventolin inhaler are $50...

There was an article this weekend in the paper about certain drugs -- mainly those to treat childhood cancer -- increasing in price by about 7%. Was just skimming the paper and didn't read the article, but thought at the time, I wonder if this means orphan drugs will be increasing in price.

Reached our out of pocket max of $1000 for drugs earlier this year so we pay $15 for a one month supply or $30 for a 3 month supply (increase for 2008). I do need to get pulmozyme later this week...

On those assistance programs I have found your family income has to be pretty darn low for them to approve you. Are there different programs out there? I sure can use it too cause I pay $225 for a 3 month supply for pulmo, tobi and a few others!!! Help!

yeah well i have you all beat. i have to pay 30% of my meds each month. so that makes it $1100 for TOBI a month and $1100 for Pulmo a month!!!!!!!! which is insane. i just applied for all the assistance i can get. i'm not working any more and i didn't realize how great my prescription insurance was. dustin's insurance is good but i didn't look into the prescription plan, can we say hello dumbass!!!!!!
hopefully the assistance programs will help until i go back to work.
