Unexplained Night Sweats?

So for the past few months I've been having unexplained nightsweats. Almost immediately I was convinced I had contracted some type of mycrobacterium, so we sent out a few cultures a few different times. All negative.

Then we thought it was an endocrine problem, because I was experiencing difficulty with my sugar levels, but nothing showed that I was going hypoglycemic overnight (which would cause sweating) -- so now endocrine is stumped.

We're now looking into an autonomic nervous system dysfunction.... but I just wanted to see if anyone could help me brainstorm why I would be experiencing random, intense nightsweats when I sleep.

Oh they also happen when napping for short periods of time. Basically when my body goes to sleep I go into hyperoverdrive sweat mode. AND I'm not dropping below 92% 02 sats while sleeping.

And no fevers... just the sweats. WEIRD right?

Anyone have any experience even remotely close to this??

look up Noexcuses Amy's blog she had night sweats that I believe turned out to be from aspirating gastric juices due to reflux
