I think its pretty normal to lack some energy this time of year. However, do you feel you are getting enough sleep? If you are waking up (or even not waking up) with coughing or night congestion, your body doesn't get enough rest. You could try a vaporizer or sleeping with a couple pillows too see if that helps. Just an idea.

Another trick I try is scented lotion or candles (like a citrus smell) to keep me from turning into too much of a couch potato.

Hi there:

My question would be how is your blood sugar? I thought that I had low blood sugar for the longest time. I was so tired and irritable. I found out that when I eat sugary things.....my blood sugar goes up....and i get to feeling very tired. It stays up too high....like 160's for at least 2-3 of hours. I had to learn that when i have something sweet or even something with carbs like potatoes to follow with some protein like nuts or meat. This has helped my energy level alot. It also saves my body from having to much sugar in my blood. I don't know if this is anything close to what is making you tired, but that was my experience with it.
