Mel - Get better!

I used to have terrible migrains all the time, too, from clenching and grinding my teeth. I got braces and after that, I haven't had any ongoing issues. The dentist can make you a guard for at night (a plastic 'tray') which will help alot with the grinding! Try getting one when you get out of the slammer!

miss you!

Thanks for the update on Mel, Terri.

Mel, I'm sorry to hear about your bleeding. Ugh! That's nasty! W/ 2 c., you probably were thinking you weren't ever going to stop!

I grind my teeth, too, and my antidepressant doesn't help it. Maybe a different one would. My antidepressant actually GIVES me insomnia, but I'm trying to give it a month before approaching the dr. about a change. Hope your sleep/grinding problems get solved soon.
