Sorry i just read this post!!! yes ashton did have the same problems he was on TPN and lipids for a while.. everything they let him suck down came right back out after he ate!!! through his ostomy i mean.. well when the did reconnect him everything went through GREAT...so dont get discouraged even though i know it is hard!!!! zoey just may not have enough bowel there with the ostomy to digest food... little ashton did the same thing and he was completely off TPN and lipids 1 week after they reconnected him!!!! let me know if you need anything else or have any questions!!!!

hey zoey is doing ok. She might get to come home monday. They are
setting up home health care since she will be coming home with tpn,
lipids, and now a feeding tube. she weighs 10 pounds and is three
months old. Thank you everybody for your support.  Sarah

Glad to hear that Zoey will hopefully be coming home soon! It was a lot of work for us to have Danny come home with his PICC and on meds and tpn/lipids but it was so worth it.
