No one on here can tell you with accuracy that you are going to be fine or what it wrong with you... It might be nothing, but if this is the first time you are having this pain, and it is severe.. You need to get it checked out. The ER can check your pancreatic enzyme levels and tell if it is Pancreatitis or not. If it is, I know they limit your intake by mouth to clear liquids or maybe even nothing. They can give you pain meds and IVS to keep you hydrated.
It could just be a stomach virus as well, I saw that at work all week last week, severe stomach pains without throwing up and it was just a virus, but the important thing is to be checked.. Better safe then sorry is what I always say... No one can tell you but a doctor and he only knows after they have run some tests.
