I think its an awesome idea -- I wish I'd have thought of it!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I'm not sure what to change the yes, no, maybe to -- that is the part that gets me, because I HATE asking people for money and always want to leave them an out and not be embarassed to say that money is tight. But really, even $5 is better than nothing.

I really like the fact that they can't ignore you -- or can they?

Please use the idea. I'd be flattered!

I agree it makes it more difficult to ignore you. Or forget, misplace, all they things people say about emails. With Evite you will see the date that they viewed the invitation. Then you can send a "reminder" email to everyone that hasn't responded. I like it..takes the emotion out of it a bit. I'm not very good at sending emails to everyone I solicate so I feel bad sending a sob-story email once a year (which is how I feel this years would sound with the way it went). This way it's bright and cheery... simply an invitation. Then if they click on my cff page they'll read about how my year has gone...
