We flew with the Hill Rom 104 last summer and carried it on. It originally came with a shoulder carry bag but they have a wheeled bag now. They will send it to you for free if you call them and ask. At security they took the bag, opened it up, peeked around in the pockets then ran it through a special x-ray machine. It was no big deal.
