Vancomycin Question

I do hope it continues to get better, & quickly!! My scalp was soooo itchy that I felt like a mental patient, (hey, no comments from the peanut gallery here-lol) scratching all the time!

I wish I had a suggestion on something topical (i.e. calamine, aloe vera, oatmeal bath, etc) you could use for the itchies--did Dr. mention anything? Maybe someone else here can offer some suggestions. I never had to resort to using creams, as my itching quit with the Benedryl.
