I usually use the vest once per day. Sometimes twice depending on how i feel. I start out at 15 hz and sometimes stay there the whole time ( usually 20 - 30 minutes). Most times i will move it up each time the pedal has to be reset ( you know when it stops and you have to re-sit on the pedal) I usually wind up at 20 Hz for a while before i stop.

Now sometimes (and i have no idea why), but after about 10 - 15 minutes i will get this awful pain under my ribcage on both sides right about where your gallbladder would be, so on those days i just end the session early.</end quote></div>

I get that too, but I am never sure whether it is my pancreas, my liver, or my scoliosis/rib problems. Mine is usually on the right side, though. When mine does that, sometimes I realize it is from slouching (whatever the initial cause is) <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0"> . I have been known to undo the bottom buckle on my vest (Hillrom) to do my vest the whole 30 minutes, twice a day.

You might want to tell the dr and get some liver tests done (not just the bloodwork- it is not very reliable for mild/moderate problems) but a catscan or MRI - I forget which one I have had done, or at least an ultrasound, just to be safe <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> . i also don't have this problem as often since I got treated for H. pylori.
