Vest noises

Wondering is ds' vest is starting to go south. Seems to have a different noise, and when it's done with the session it makes a louder higher pitched sound. This one is refurbished, had for about a year after the other one started growling and whining.

Do you have a HillRom vest? My daughter's started changing sound and when I loked at the hose the rings around the solid hose came loose. We got new hoses overnight and the sound was back to normal.

Yes, Hill Rom 105. Hoses are fine. It's a noise from the machine itself. I listened a little more closely last night. When it pauses for cough break or end in session, it makes a louder whooshing noise -- like it's sighing in relief.

I would call Hill Rom. Our Vest made weird sounds before it squealed like a dying cat then stopped working; it always happens on the weekend.
