Vest Power Cord

DS has only had his vest for a little over a year and until recently when we moved it from my nightstand to underneath our coffee table in the family room, it's only been moved maybe half a dozen times. Noticed a HUGE crack in the cord last night. The cord isn't anywhere where someone could step on it. Weird. It's a perfect crack that doesn't go lengthwise down the cord, but around it.

Anyway, finally got ahold of customer service this morning and they're overnighting me a new one.

I'm glad they are getting it to you so quickly. You can't have any down time with "vesty" now that he likes it. lol

My dog just chewed up my remote step on thing (to make the vest stop and start while you have it on) and HillRom overnighted me a new one, I had it the next day! I was amazed at their customer service!
I'm glad you could get your powercord so fast!
