My 5 year old (6 next month) does 30 minutes. 1st 10 minutes: frequency at 10 and pressure between 5-6. 2nd 10: frequency at 14 - same pressure. 3rd 10: same as 2nd.

In response to Cheyenne's parent's question: my son just started using a vest and he actually finds it amusing so far - we've made a point of not being pushy about it so that it's more about play than work; He likes to make noises while it is running because it gives his voice a funny vibrato.
