after i finished my vest tonight across the screen comes this message please call for service device error 4. has anyone else had this? i have a hillrom 104 (the smaller machine). i've let my doctors office know and i'm emailing hillrom since its so late at night. why did it decide to be a rear on VACATION! grrrr

Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. That should reset it. Mine did it, I called in and they sent me a new one, turned out that my kids had been playing with it and shoved a kneehigh up one of the hoses.

We had this happen a while ago, too. We have a HilROm 105. It happened in the middle of a session and it just stopped. My husband did what he does with all electronic devices that have problem...unplug then plug back in. It did the trick. We called the next day and they said to do just that, but if it happened again to call and they'd replace. It hasn't happened since!

It happens from time to time especially when you have low hours in it. Unplug the back and unplug it from the wall. Wait a bit and plug it back

I forgot after how many hours of use it will stop doing it.
