Unfortunately, I upgraded from the Hill-Rom 103 to the smaller 104 (which, even though it has a duffle, still weighs about a million pounds) about a month before I found this forum. Had I known about the Respirtech vest back then, I would have asked for that one instead. I figure I'll let it ride for a year or so before I try getting my insurance to pay for yet ANOTHER new vest. So to answer your question, I have the Hill-Rom 104, but really want the Respirtech (which I think is also known as the inCourage vest).
