YEah!!

I was just wondering about her when we got the transplant note and now I was thinking of her the other day (on account of the AWESOME clamshellmuni.org bracelet I am wearing--thank you Q) and the other recently transplanted.

So glad you are home Vicki!

platelets are high...whatever that means.
moving my biopsy up a few days so it will be next Tues morning...right when my mom is scheduled to go home. But Stephanie is flying in from SF to visit again and arrives Tues morning and will go straight to the hospital and meet me there and wait til the procedure is done...by then Dan may be there, as well, as the procedure is at 9:30. Dan will drop me off at 7:30 as I have to be there early and then he has to drive Sam to pre-school. Sam is now enrolled at a nearby temple from 10am-2pm mon-Friday. Our nanny went home as the situation was not ideal for all.
Sugars and potassium are high and need to avoid oj which I've been drinking like crazy. They want to do a little extra blood work and they don't like the home nurses as they're not fast enough with results so I'll be back at the hospital next Monday for that. Have clinic appt tomorrow with surgeons and then I'm discharged over to the pulmonologist for my long term care. I think I'll get the staples out.
I feel great; pain has mostly subsided, good appetite and less of the jitters.
just PRAY for me with this biopsy that I'm not rejecting anymore. It's like this black cloud hovering over me, though I know this is normal for many people.
love,vicki
