I was on that much vit D for a while. My levels were really low even though I was taking extra D. I tied switching the brand of vit D I was taking and that helped. I still take quite a bit 800 IU twice a day, but I was forgetting to take the 50,000 because it was only once a week. I now take the Nature Made ones. I get 400 IU with my calcium, and 400 IU by itself. At my last visit my levels were fine.

Kj has always had trouble with absorbing all of the fat soluble vitamins. Vitabdeck helps with the E and D, But she isn't absorbing vitamin A very well at all. We now have her on a seperate vitamin A tablet and we will be doing a blood test in 2 weeks to see if it works.
