Vitamins

Thanks.. I need to take two Vitamin ABDEKs a day, and I need to take a ton of calcium, which I can afford... but the Vitamin D 50,000 IUs daily is getting really expensive....

I also need to take other vitamins that I don't take because I just can't spend all that money on it.. I need Mag ( I am chronically low) Zinc etc..

I take Natures Made Fish Oil for my joints, 8 pills a day, I take prenatal vitamins because they have higher levels of vitamins in it... I also take a few other pills just for my joints..

This is in addition to my regular CF meds.....
