I have a question about something that i saw on here but i can no longer find it! I was wanting to know if anyone has the site or whatever it was for your wishes for when its the end of the road... My doctor wants me to fill out something fimialiar to what was on this site! so i was wondering whoever posted the wishes thing could post it again for me! thank you!! I hope that mad sence to someone!! haha!!

yes, yes, yes, YES. It's a living will. I have one filled out too. IT just lets people know what you want as far as treatment in an emergency, the kind of care you want when you are dying, funeral plans etc. Go to the website and look at it, EVERYONE should have one.
