Want to start an online exercise group?

Hi everyone,I posted recently about how you stay motivated to exercise. I used to workout all the time but my health has taken a nose dive recently (though I'm starting to feel better) and am on o2 and suffering some really bad joint pains - because I'm so short of breath - I do not want to get on that treadmill, I know it's going to be painful and cause me to gasp and cough. But, I also know that if I get on it - I'm going to feel better from it in just a week. My problem is that every morning - I say to myself, alright - you're going to get on that treadmill and jog a mile today. I never do.So, I was wondering if anyone was interested in starting an online exercise group? We'd email each other daily - saying what exercise we did, how we felt afterwords, etc. Then if one of us is down that day or something - we can email them back with motivational thoughts. I have no idea if it'll work, but I thought it'd be worth a try. Anyone in? If you are, email me at pmcp@comcast.net Piper

I will do it with you, I workout about 4-6 days a week and there have been times when I have not done as much as I should because I was getting lazy and needed some motivation. I would also suggest that you maybe trade in the treadmill for an exercise bike it would be easier on your joints. I tried to start jogging a couple of years ago and had a very hard time.
