weightlifting, stressing....

Just a thought (from experience) when you work out, do you focus on your breathing?

I tend to hold my breath (if I am not really focusing) which, of course, makes me short of breath, but I think tends to make me bleed more then when I focus & dont hold my breath when lifting (this goes just carrying groceries or anything heavy btw....not just working out)

Hey Sonia,

A bleed can be caused by so many things, including some of the things you have mentioned.. (it is so scary when it happens <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif" border="0"> )

One more important thing a bleed can be associated w/ is infection.. Have you discussed infection w/ your dr. ?

I hope you figure it out soon & feel better asap..
