Recently i keep getting my hands shaking when i mkae a fist ie if i'm holding something it goes right up my arm. i first noticed when i was at work and holding my pen and for no reason my arm was shaking. Yesterday we went shopping and as i was holding a bag if i curled my fingers around the handle the same thing ahappened again. it only happens in one arm / hand a at a time. Its not my sugar levels cos i checked those thinking it could be.

I wondered its related to any of the drugs i'm taking does anyone know of such a side effect and has anyone else experienced this ?

I do get the shakes from Albuterol and Flovent from time to time, but nothing quite so extreme. It can be worsened by certain muscles being engaged (grasping a bag, for instance).

I had that problem with Xopenez/Albuterol...they switched me to a lower dose and it seems to have resolved itself...weird feeling though!
