went in for drug study, tuneup instead

I would go in. Even if its inflammation & you dont have an actual infection.

Inflammation can lead to infection if you cant get things up good even tho you are feeling fine.

If you have a drop in PFTs & there is no "real" cause then I would err on the side of caution.

It only gets harder to bounce back. I know that from experience <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
