I had my cat scans done today. One of my lungs to see if the fungus ball shrunk and then a cat scan of my head for the dizziness. Then i went and saw my cf Doctor afterwards. She saw both of my cat scans and told me she doesnt know much about cat scans of the head but she didnt see anything that looked abnormal to her. Then she told me the fungus ball got bigger not smaller. I was so <img src="i/expressions/brokenheart.gif" border="0"> . I have been on the Sporanox for 3 months now and we were hoping to see it had shrunk and here it did the opposite. I am very unhappy about that, and worried as well. They are going to start me on another anti-fungal but as of right now, my insurance doesnt want to pay for it. I will need to get a letter of medical necessity. I am so scared that this thing will never shrink and never be gone for good. I Pray it will shrink at least...................
