Were you a rebellious (sp) kid?

the more CF people i come in contact with, i notice that i have a lot (obviously) in common with. it seems many were/are a little on the rebellious (sp) side.

I guess I fall into this catergory. I was non compliant with meds, treatments etc as well as a hell raiser & partier.

On the otherhand my parents (moreso my Mom) felt I should enjoy life while I had it so never "pushed" me to do otherwise.

Even tho I had fun.....I really think I did a disservice to myself & got it from my parents as well!

But then.....I wouldnt be the delightful person I am today <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I guess I fall into this catergory. I was non compliant with meds, treatments etc as well as a hell raiser & partier.

On the otherhand my parents (moreso my Mom) felt I should enjoy life while I had it so never "pushed" me to do otherwise.

Even tho I had fun.....I really think I did a disservice to myself & got it from my parents as well!

But then.....I wouldnt be the delightful person I am today <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

I was a good girl. I have a huge conscience of right and wrong. I love to party but God gave me a wonderful husband at age 19 that really kept me grounded. Plus, I didn't do the college party thing because I stayed home and went to a Junior college. I definitly had it in me to be a huge fun party girl.
