What are the best meds to treat PA and MRSA?

I'm the kind of person that thinks, "If it isn't broken, it doesn't need to be fixed". However, I can't help but to wonder if there is anything else I can be doing to help raise my FEV1. It is 68% and has been pretty stable for 4 years now, minus 3 months last summer. I feel great but would like to hear any suggestions to mention to my CF doctor.

Currently, I'm on Albuterol, Pulmozyme, and Hypertonic Saline for my breathing. Yes, that is it! The only other meds I take are Pancrecarb, Prilosec, and Ursodiol (for mild cirrohsis due to IV's in the past).

Any ideas? Thank you in advance! <img src="i/expressions/heart.gif" border="0">

My late husband was colonized with PA and MRSA. To keep the PA at bay, He used inhaled TOBI (tobramycin). For MRSA exacerbations IV of vancomycin.
