What are the slimmer fitting children's clothing lines?

Children's Place and some other brands make the waist that has an inner "belt" in it, but honestly, for a 10 month old, you are probably better putting her in tight legging type pants for awhile. The target ones are pretty wide, but I think the different Carter brand ones are usually pretty good.

My girls wore a lot of stuff from Children's Place-and I hit the sale racks at Gymboree ( I LOVED the leggings they carried-they lasted forever, and held colors and everything mixed and matched so I didn't have to buy a lot but it looked like they had lots of outfits) The adjustable waistbands were life savers We still have this problem now-but they have outgrown Children's Place and Gymboree

I vote for Old navy. I LOVE that 99.9% of their pants have the adjustable waistband inside them, plus I think they are on the "skinny" side to begin with.
