apart from projectile vomitting all over yourself, bursting blood vessels in your face and spending half an hour cleaning up the toilet.

for the past week my constipation has built up to where its causing pain. so as per usual i do the whole golytely cleanout. only this time i ended up vomitting the whole 2 litres up. it just wouldnt go down and i could even feel it stop at a certain point. so what happens next? i cant just leave it because its pretty bad at the moment and will just get worse.

It sounds like you're so blocked you can't even take much of anything in... in which case you have a problem. I'd say go to the doc. But that's my inexperienced two cents (only had a blockage when I was born, not since). Maybe someone else has a better idea?

Each day I massage my entire stomach, intestinal area. I start from pelvis and move straight up. Back down to pelvis and straight up. It is not a back and forth motion. I do this four times -this is called opening up the valve of houston and ileocecal value. If you are constipated these valves are closed. You need to energetically open them up by manually practicing these moves. Many good chiropractors can help you with this if you do not understand how to do this.

I move across from left to right three times and from right to left and go down each leg when I get to the side.
If I go from left to right I bring my hands down off my right foot
or stop wherever you can and switch sides. This is called the belt flow exercise

I learned all of these techniques watching Energy Medicine videos from innersourcce.net

I also have Excellent kidney function and I believe it is from the daily massage that I do around the stomach area. I flush my kidneys during all these massages.

A few weeks ago, I got nauseous and took too Stainless steel spoons and moved them up and down in opposite directions. It took the pain I had away. Stainless steel removes negative energy. I read in the book Energy Medicine to take away negative energy to massage the feet with spoons so I took the idea and tried in on my stomach and it helped with that.

It also helped with pain in my shoulder. Pain travels so the pain went into my hand after twenty minutes and then I shook my hand and the pain left.

There are many things you can do to help yourself but I believe this needs to be done on daily basis to see benefits.

If you lie down comfortably you can massage the intestinal area starting at the pelvis and work your way up. You can go in a few inches if you have no pain. I do not worry about massaging deep. I have been doing this for years so I know what my body can handle.

Try something warm on your stomach

Also try this, place your thumb inside your navel and massage going toward your left arm. If this does not work then I cannot suggest anything more.

The navel technique is the best I have found.

Hope this is resolved by now, but the time I had the same problem I went in through the ER late that night and ended up on my regular unit, getting two delicious liters of GoLytely via nasogastric tubing while asleep. I woke up with the biggest distended belly I've ever seen in my life but it did the trick.
