what humidity level and air temp.do you suggest for child when sleeping

I suppose everyone is different, but this is what is ideal for me when sleeping.

A cool 65 degrees with moderate humidity level. Too much humidity & I cough from the mucuous.....too much & I cough with that dry hack. The temp is the same way. I would rather bundle up in warm pj's or a blanket & know that I am breathing cooler air.

I open our bedroom window a crack even in the winter to get fresh air in during the night. Freezes my hubby out, but it feels so good to me.

On the other hand my daughters room is like a sauna.......she gets bad nose bleeds in the winter so we have to have her cool mist humidifer going yet I cant crack her window much because the cool air bothers her throat & she wakes up with a sore throat.

I guess she takes after her Dad.

I hope you can find some relief in your home!
