I dont know what could be causing this. But from what you are saying about the throwing up and the diarreah and him being lathargic he is definatly dehydrated nd you should take him back to the er. Regaurdless if the symptoms stopped you need to find out what is causing that. If you live in jax I would take him to wolfsons. Good luck and do ignore it ... Amanda
