ok i know only the plot cause it been years since i saw it:

a guys gf has cf and is in end stage health, and the guy gets all frustrated. He goes out and kills a hooker so his gf can get her lungs. But the whole time the guy was out looking for the whore to kill his gf thought he was cheating, so in the end he loses her but can't tell her what he did.
