My very first symptom was cramps around the time I should have started my period, but no period. Since I was an infertility patient, I had a blood test the day I should have started my period, and it was positive . I'm afraid that's all I can think of-at the moment, I can only remember how deliriously happy I was-lol.

I think nausea started for me between 6 and 8 weeks (6, I think). Swollen, tender boobs were always a typical symptoms of pms for me, but yes, after a few weeks/months, that was definitely a symptom!

Oh, and after a short while, I was unbelievably tired (I am a light sleeper, but I could fall asleep sitting up while the cleaning lady (I love my dh! ) was vacuuming and talking to me when I was pregnant-lol).

Oh, I forgot to add- I went in and had blood drawn around 8 am, and got my results back around 10-10:30 am, too, because my dr. could do that test in his office.

Sore boobs! Let me give you a mental picture. I felt like I had 50lb weights tied to my nipples. Ouch! Just the simple action of leaning forward to get out of a chair was enough "movement" of the girls to make me wince. It could have possibly been the progesterone shots I was on too. But I don't know because I only did one IVF cycle and it was positive. The boob pain started around 6 or 7 days past my 3 day transfer (so I was approximately 3.5 weeks.

Around that same time frame I was in the grocery store one day and nearly passed out I felt so ill. I just thought I was getting sick, but hind sight is 20/20!

I also had cramping like my period was coming around 4 weeks pregnant. This was just about the time I was getting my blood work done and I was POSITIVE I was not pregnant. I was so upset the night before my results, I cried at dinner. Boo Hoo! One thing I didn't notice at the time (again, hind sight is 20/20!) I wasn't getting my normal pimples. I usually got one or two pimples on my face just before my period started. So although I was cramping a tad, I didn't have my zits. I should have known!

Around this same time (3-4 weeks) I was having outragiously high blood sugars and then plummeting super low 2-3 hours after my breakfast. Turns out I went from borderline CFRD to full blown diabetes during pregnancy and needed insulin right away.
