Hi Ricky,

Yes, I am using hypertonic saline. I use 4-5 ml. of 10% twice a day.

I've been using it for about 14 months, and can say that it has helped me tremendously, and I definitely think it has contributed to maintaining my lung function. I have posted before about my experience with HS... if you search for my posts you should find them.

I'm 40 and my fev1 is about 42%. I'll start taking hypertonic saline soon for the first time, and I hope this will bring it up a little.
