My PFT's are in the 80's. They fluctuate depending on if I have an active infection or not. Although having high PFT's I still get IV antibiotic treatments several times a year with at least one in house hospitalization a year. I have stopped working for the time being and religiously follow my neb treatments {Hyper, Xopenex, Pulomozyme and Cayston} and vest 2x's a day along with walking at least 3 miles a day. It seems to help out big time. I find it harder to excercise when Im sick but pushing to walk at least a mile while sick helps out. Keep up the good work everyone.....

I just wanted to ditto the exercise. My FEV1 is 115%, and I think it's that high because of religious exercise. I've done 2 hours of cardio (usually broken into 20-30 minute session) a week for over fifteen years - running at a 9-10 minute mile pace, elliptical, bike, etc.
