Wheezing

In the past few days I have been wheezing, which is unusal for me. It seems to start after I do my treatments. As far as my breathing, I seem to get short of breath quicker than normal. When I do a treatment, I dont seem to get much relief. I begin to wheeze after my albuterol, even more so after dnase, and as well after HS. I am not carrying a fever (last i checked), my Sats are pretty good, I dont feel sick and my cough as not inceased. I can hear the wheezing and it seems to be in my upper airways. Upper chest to throat area. When I do cough it seems to be dry and it is sometimes hard to cough up stuff. My sinuses are slightly stuffy with some drainage. Has anyone had this? Any idea what could be causing it? Could it be the weather? (its upper 60s in the day, mid 30s to low 40s at night, pollen is low). It's about to drive me nuts! I am pretty sure I am dehydrated. I have always been. I cant seem to drink enough to make a difference. Plus if I drink too much (water, juice, tea, etc) I seem to feel sick to my stomach and throw up. How much should I drink a day to try and get rehydrated? I want to find away to fix this before I go to my CF Dr on the 21st. So, any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

I just asked a similar question about my son. They told me his wheezing was due to reflux. Albuterol never seems to help any and neither does his Pt sometimes. Hope you get answers because I would love some suggestions myself.

I get this when the weather starts to change-I have a little right now b/c its been so warm during the day but chilly at night. Also-being inside with the heat on aggrivates it for me. Exactly how you described-right after my chest pt, esp my albuterol/inhaled meds.
Wheezy, a little tight. I know it is seasonal b/c in all other ways I am fine and my pfts are good, and I get this every year.

But be careful-this can be deceptive. You want to make sure it isn't an infection brewing.
