Hi all,
I was wondering how old people where when they found out the "truth about CF."
When I was about 13, I found out about the life expectancy thing from a website. Even though I can understand that it would be hard for my parents to tell me this information, I wish I had found out another way.

I think i found out when i was in my early teens too. My parents did not tell me a whole lot about it. So, I started asking my doctors questions. That is when I found out about the "life expectancy" stuff and really what all this disease can do. By the way CONGRATS on your upcoming wedding!!!!

I had a good understanding of the life expectancy when I was very young. So young I cant remember When I first knew, which I am very thankful for.
